We’re rolling our testnet out in three phases:

Phase 1: Reserve Your Human ID
Today, you can reserve your Human ID, which will serve as your username and identity across the Humanity Protocol ecosystem.
This ID is unique to you and will be central to your interactions in the decentralized ecosystem. Whether you're registering for services, verifying your identity, or participating in future dApps built on Humanity Protocol, your Human ID will become your permanent, verifiable credential.
By reserving your ID now, you’ll be one of the very first participants to claim your space in the ecosystem early, allowing you to be among the first to access future features and rewards — so don’t miss out on picking the Human ID you want!
While phases beyond this reservation will open soon, securing your Human ID is the foundation of everything to come.
You can secure your Human ID using several methods — Email, Telegram, X, Discord, Google, and MetaMask.
The signup method you choose will determine how you log into Humanity Protocol each time you use it.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred signup and login method, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Human ID.
After you’ve secured your Human ID, you’ll get a dedicated referral link that you can share with your friends and family — this is your key to unlocking airdrops and rewards once the testnet is fully rolled out.
Referring Phase 1 to your friends and family now will unlock a whole host of rewards and airdrops that you’ll receive repeatedly in perpetuity once our testnet is fully rolled out. The more people you onboard via your link, the more rewards you’ll receive after Phase 3. These will go on forever, so be sure to get in early!

What’s Next: A Glimpse at Phase 2 and Beyond
Phase 2: Palm Print Registration via the App
In the second phase of the testnet, Humanity Protocol will roll out a mobile app that allows you to register your palm print. This biometric system adds a layer of privacy and security, verifying your unique identity without revealing sensitive information.
Although this phase is not available just yet, it’s important to keep an eye out for updates on our X page so you can register your palm print as soon as Phase 2 launches.
Phase 3: Palm Vein Scan on Humanity Devices
After completing the palm print registration on your personal device, the next phase will involve scanning your palm veins on one of Humanity Protocol's devices.
Why palm veins? Unlike fingerprints, palm veins are nearly impossible to replicate and provide an extra layer of fraud prevention. Completing this phase will not only finalize your identity verification but also open up the doors to unlocking exclusive rewards, such as airdrops (or what we like to call, fairdrops).
Claim Airdrops and Unlock Rewards in Perpetuity
Once you’ve completed all three phases, the rewards start flowing! By referring friends and family during Phase 1, you’ll unlock a wide array of rewards and airdrops that you’ll receive in perpetuity once our testnet fully rolls out.
Referrers will earn 50% of all testnet token rewards generated by their referrals, including both Genesis and daily rewards. These testnet tokens will be convertible to $HP upon mainnet launch, ensuring that the referrals you make today continue rewarding you far into the future.

Share your referral link far and wide! The more people you onboard with your link, the higher your rewards once Phase 3 has rolled out. Onboarding people early will get you rewards in perpetuity as you’ll be one of the very first to spread the word about Humanity Protocol.
When will Phases 2 and 3 roll out?
Phases 2 be rolled out in the next few weeks when the Android and iOS apps are available to download from the respective app stores. Phase 3 will be rolled out after Phase 2 is completed.
You will be invited to begin pre-enrolment in Phase 2 in batches, so be sure to refer as many people as possible to be the first to be invited to Phase 2 of our testnet. Be sure to secure your Human ID and share your referral link to be the first to know when Phase 2 is available.
How can I claim my Genesis rewards ($RWT)?
$RWT, which are Genesis rewards and daily rewards, will be claimable once you’ve completed the pre-enrolment in Phase 2, but only redeemable once you’ve completed the third and final phase of the testnet rollout.
Users who refer friends are incentivized with 50% of all testnet token rewards that their referrals get forever. The $RWT are fully on-chain tokens and can be exchanged for $HP tokens once we launch our mainnet, ensuring you’re rewarded forever for the referrals you make today.

Is my Humanity Protocol wallet custodial or non-custodial?
If you choose to connect your own wallet, it will be non-custodial (self-custody). For any other login methods, testnet wallets will be custodial.
Do the faucet and bridge work?
The faucet and bridge work, but do not provide any benefits. The only way to earn rewards at the moment is to refer your friends and family to secure their Human ID using your referral link so that you’ll be able to earn HP rewards in perpetuity once the testnet is fully operational.
